It depends on how often you're shooting. If you're producing a handful of product images a week, Lite ($15/mo) covers it. Brands shipping weekly campaigns or refreshing their catalog at scale tend to land on Core ($30/mo). Max is built for studios and agencies managing several brands at once. If your monthly volume runs above 2,000 credits, or you want a contract with custom terms and an SLA, that's Enterprise. Talk to sales.

Every paid plan gives you a bucket of credits that refills every 30 days. The simplest case: 1 credit buys 1 image at 1K resolution on the Standard engine. Premium costs 2 credits at 1K, and 2K/4K outputs add a credit or two on top. New signups get 8 free credits to try the workflow before committing.

Yes. What you don't use in a cycle carries forward, up to a balance of 2× your monthly allowance. So a Lite subscriber (75 credits/month) who skips a slow month starts the next one with 150 available. When you reach the 2× ceiling, the next monthly grant pauses until you bring the balance back down by generating. That keeps balances from accumulating indefinitely on dormant accounts.

Standard is your daily driver: quick turnarounds, low credit cost, good for exploring concepts and iterating on prompts. Premium spends more compute on each render to deliver the heroes (cleaner edges, better material rendering, fewer obvious AI tells). You pick per generation, so a single project can mix both. Standard for the dozen variations, Premium for the one you actually publish.

Individual generations aren't refundable. AI output naturally varies between runs, even with the same prompt and references, especially on faces and fine details. That's an inherent trade-off of working with generative models, not a malfunction. Plan for a couple of iterations to land a final image, the same way a photographer takes many shots to keep a few. We tune prompts, presets, and model defaults regularly so the attempt-to-keeper ratio keeps improving over time.

Credits are reserved when you submit. If the engine errors out, times out, or our backend has a failure saving the image, the credit is refunded automatically. Safety or content-policy blocks on the engine side are not refunded since the model still consumed real compute. If you're hitting blocks on legitimate prompts, contact us and we'll help.

Your existing credits don't get clipped on downgrade. They drain naturally as you use them. The new (lower) monthly grant starts at the next billing cycle, so you may temporarily sit above the new tier's normal allowance, which is intentional. We don't claw back credits you've already paid for.

A few paths. Within Core, the in-card dropdown lets you go from 150 credits/month up to 300 at $60/mo. Within Max, the same dropdown scales from 500 up to 2,000 at $400/mo. Yes. Everything's self-serve from your account settings: upgrade, downgrade, or cancel without contacting anyone. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No retention scripts, no cancellation hoops.

Yes. You own what you generate. Use the images in your storefront, ad creative, packaging, client deliverables, social, wherever. Full license details are in our Terms of Service.
